KTO Leadership was founded to mentor and support early childhood leaders on their journey to becoming knowledgable, confident, wholehearted leaders.
My mission is to inspire, mentor, and empower early childhood leaders to navigate the daily complexities of their role through developing their knowledge and lead with confidence, curiosity and calmness.
With a Bachelor of Early Education and over 30 years of experience in the early childhood sector,
I understand the unique challenges leaders face and I am dedicated to helping leaders not just manage, but to thrive in their role.
