Hi, I’m Katie, a Bachelor trained Early Childhood leadership consultant with 30 years of sector experience and the founder of KTO Leadership.
My roles have included being an educator, 2IC, Nominated Supervisor, Area Manager and Regional Manager.
I understand the unique pressures that come with leading a service, from the day-to-day realities of educators, to the expectations on leadership, to the demands of running a business.
